Returns and Exchanges

Policy on Returns and Exchanges

  1. Pack all items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned as sets.
  2. Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
  3. Attach a copy of the sales check, specifying the refund method.
  4. Send the parcel to our return address (to be confirmed).
  5. After sending the parcel, notify us by email.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Customers may return purchased items within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the items' consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
